Confidence in Meetings

Confidence is an attitude of mind – if you are confident going into the meeting, you will be confident in the meeting. To prepare yourself, visualise going into the meeting room: perhaps the label on the door or the shape of the handle. In private, think back to a time when you were really confident. Relive that experience, through your own senses, then fix that state of mind onto the picture of the meeting room, and let the confidence flow in.
